We value your feedback and encourage you to share your comments or suggestions. You can discuss this with our receptionist and/or healthcare provider. We strive for continuous improvement and aim to make your experience with us as positive as possible.
Despite the efforts of our team, it is possible that you may not be satisfied with the treatment at our practice. In that case, you can submit a written complaint to your dentist via praktijk@clearcaretandartsen.nl. In most cases, a conversation between you and your dentist can be sufficient to reach a resolution. However, if you feel the need for a third-party mediator, you can file your complaint with the VBT, the professional association to which our practice is affiliated. An independent complaints officer will then mediate between you and your dentist at no cost, with the aim of finding a suitable solution.
