If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us at least 48 working hours in advance. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this notice period. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by telephone, email, WhatsApp, or in person at our reception desk.
If an appointment is not cancelled within the required notice period, we may charge a fee for the reserved treatment time. For a first occurrence, we may, depending on the circumstances, exercise full or partial discretion. However, in the case of a no-show (failure to attend without notice) or a second or subsequent late cancellation, we will be required to charge for the reserved appointment time.
The fee is a minimum of €40 per 10 minutes of reserved treatment time, depending on the type of treatment that was scheduled.
Please note that this fee does not represent the dentist’s professional fee. Even when a patient does not attend, the costs of staff, premises, equipment, insurance, subscriptions, and other overhead expenses continue to apply.
In addition to the financial impact, missed appointments may delay treatment for other patients, including those requiring urgent care. By providing sufficient notice, you help us make dental care more accessible and efficient for everyone.
